This policy explains how Sex Cam Search handles information when you use this adult search, discovery and affiliate service. Sex Cam Search does not operate the webcam services reached through third-party links.
We may handle information you provide in a request to us; limited server logs needed for security and reliable operation; country or region supplied by trusted hosting infrastructure; age-verification status; privacy choices; and information about outbound affiliate clicks and later commission events. The live application keeps favourites and recently viewed profiles on your device.
When you make a privacy choice, a necessary first-party cookie stores the policy version, optional-category choices and a random consent record ID. We may retain the matching anonymous consent audit record, including the choices and timestamps. We do not use that ID for affiliate attribution or combine it with a known user account.
Before showing the live adult catalogue, we ask for separate consent and use Didit to estimate age from a live camera capture. A borderline result may require identity-document verification. Didit processes the capture in its hosted verification service. We store a random browser-linked identifier, session and workflow identifiers, status, approval time, estimated age when returned, and redacted decision evidence. We do not store Didit's short-lived media URLs. The necessary first-party identifier lasts up to one year so an approved browser can be recognised.
You can follow provider links without Affiliate & Marketing consent. We create a request-level click ID so the provider can redirect you and return commission, signup, purchase, refund or chargeback information. Without optional consent we do not create persistent visitor or affiliate-session browser IDs and we omit search, filter, referrer, device and country attribution from the click record.
With Affiliate & Marketing consent, random first-party visitor and session IDs may connect clicks across a session or repeat visit. The click may also include the selected provider and model, source page, search or filter context, campaign, referring page, coarse device type, user agent and country code. We do not use canvas, fonts, hardware signals or similar data to fingerprint your device.
Analytics is off by default. A production Google Tag Manager container may load with Google Consent Mode set to deny analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation. With Analytics consent, we measure privacy-safe age-verification funnel events and model/video interactions using the page path, trusted coarse country code, provider and result-count context where applicable. We do not send an IP address, browser-linked verification ID, Didit session data, identity-document or biometric data, estimated age, verification evidence, search text, or error messages in these events. Your cookie choice updates the Consent Mode signals. Tags configured in the container must remain limited by the matching Analytics or Affiliate & Marketing choice, and the cookie inventory must be updated before new browser storage is introduced.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on consent for optional analytics and browser-based affiliate attribution; the express choice made before biometric age verification and any applicable age-assurance duties; legitimate interests in securing and operating the site and keeping proportionate commercial records; performance of a request you make, such as following an outbound link; or a legal obligation. Optional cookie consent can be withdrawn at any time without losing normal site functionality.
Consent preferences and the necessary Didit visitor cookie remain in the browser for up to 12 months unless changed or cleared. Affiliate visitor cookies last up to 12 months and affiliate session cookies up to 30 minutes. On-device product preferences remain until you remove them or clear browser data. Server logs, age-verification decisions, consent audit records, affiliate clicks and financial conversion records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, disputes, accounting and legal obligations.
Hosting, infrastructure, database, age-verification and affiliate-network providers may process limited information on our behalf or for their own purposes. Didit is the implemented age-verification provider and AWEmpire/LiveJasmin is the currently implemented affiliate integration. A destination provider applies its own privacy policy once you leave Sex Cam Search. Some providers may process information outside your country; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply.
Use Cookie settings in the live-site footer to accept, reject or change optional categories. Withdrawal stops future optional browser tracking and removes applicable first-party tracking cookies; it does not undo processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, and complain to a supervisory authority.
